We are looking for a technical content lead to own and elevate our developer and help with documentation. You will create clear, accurate, and engaging content for developers and business users, bridging engineering, product, and marketing teams.
what you'll do:
* own the developer hub: write api guides, tutorials, and reference documentation for rest and graphql endpoints. Maintain api v2 docs and changelogs.
* manage developer tools: document sdks (python, java, go, ) and postman collections.
* lead help documentation: ensure business-facing help articles are clear, accurate, and user-friendly.
* collaborate cross-functionally: work with engineers, product managers, and marketing to deliver consistent, high-quality content.
* engage the developer community: participate in slack/discord, gather feedback, and improve documentation.
what you bring:
* 3–5+ years of technical writing experience for software developers.
* strong writing skills in english; ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
* deep understanding of apis (rest, graphql, webhooks, oauth 2.0) and code examples (python, java, javascript, go).
* collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional teams.
* advanced english required.
nice to have:
* fintech or financial services experience.
* knowledge of modern architecture patterns (cqrs, event-driven).
* experience with readme, zendesk, intercom, or managing technical communities.
