How You'll Make an Impact
- Deliver financial consulting and coaching to business leaders.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and alternative scenarios.
- Ensure smooth, timely, and efficient service delivery across processes.
- Monitor team performance and drive resolution of open issues.
- Oversee system-related process activities and maintain global standards.
- Collaborate effectively with process leads and stakeholders.
- Support improvements in processes and team setup.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including 2+ years in service delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of processes and IT systems (ERP, planning, reporting tools).
- Proficient in MS Office and integrated solutions.
- Experience with SG&A; functions, IS allocations, and monthly reporting.
- Fluent in English and local language.
