The idóneo candidate will possess the ability to direct a diverse workforce of 4,000+ employees, oversee a business portfolio exceeding $400M USD, and drive strategic growth and business transformation across multiple markets.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives to achieve revenue and market growth targets across LATAM.
- Provide visionary leadership and oversight for a multi-cultural team of 4,000+ employees across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and operational excellence.
- Lead business transformation initiatives, driving operational efficiency, process improvements, and innovative go-to-market strategies.
- Establish and maintain high-impact relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to secure sustainable business growth.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance, forecast trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Mentor, empower, and develop leaders within the region to build high-performing, collaborative teams.
- Foster cross-cultural communication and negotiation, ensuring effective collaboration across diverse markets.
- Represent the company in executive-level discussions, industry events, and global forums.
🚀 Key Qualifications:
- 14+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in regional or global markets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage/control a budget of $400M+ USD and lead large-scale teams.
- Strong experience in multi-cultural team leadership, business transformation, and strategic planning.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; other related fields considered.
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Languages: English and Spanish preferred; additional languages are a plus.
