Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Consultant specializing in Microsoft Business Central, located in Tepotzotlán, MEX, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Consultant will lead and execute Business Central implementations, conduct system analyses, and customize solutions to meet client needs. The role includes collaborating with teams and clients to gather requirements, providing training, and ensuring smooth system adoption and support.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and Communication to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Experience in Interviewing and Consulting to analyze client requirements and provide strategic insights.
- Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and support during and after implementation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and relevant certifications are highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in both in-person and remote environments.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
