Account management professional
we are seeking an experienced account manager to join our sales team in the caribbean and central america. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our most important accounts.
key responsibilities:
* promote, manage, and develop key accounts in the caribbean and central america.
* support the commercial manager in new business opportunities and customers aligned with our company strategy.
* develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and maximize customer value.
* identify opportunities and present new solutions and services to key accounts, aligning them with customer needs and business goals.
requirements:
* degree in economics, customer relationship, business administration, or marketing.
* minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or sales-related positions managing accounts.
* experience in b2b, food industries, or fmcg industries. Food service experience is a plus.
* highly proficient in english.
* leadership and ownership capability.
* proficiency in financial analysis.
* negotiation and sales closing skills.
* excellent communication (written & verbal), networking, and relationship-building skills.
* analytical thinking to understand the market and customers.
