the work
* support hr operations by documenting processes, policies, and workflows.
* help streamline and optimize existing people processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
* assist in organizing and maintaining accurate, confidential employee records.
* partner with the people team on day-to-day tasks, including onboarding, scheduling, and data entry.
* contribute ideas to improve workflows and build scalable hr practices.
needed expertise
* student or recent graduate in industrial engineering, business administration, hr, or related fields.
* basic knowledge of hr/people concepts (onboarding, employee data, documentation).
* strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* process-oriented mindset and genuine interest in workflows and documentation.
* proactive and quick learner, comfortable in dynamic environments.
* availability to work 15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
