How you’ll make an impact
ensuring compliance with ehs requirements for yourself and co‑workers.
Performing mechanical commissioning activities within assigned systems, ensuring safe, efficient operation of equipment and functionality as specified and technically required.
Visual inspection of mechanical equipment/systems for accurate and complete erection, adequate cleanliness and safe access in consideration of related engineering documents, such as p&ids, system descriptions, etc.
Preparing mechanical system site notes within the scope of supply, e.g., declaration as operational area after signed ecc.
Establishing mechanical isolations according to the permit to work (ptw).
Clarifying mechanical interfaces to other parts of plant out of scope of supply.
Guaranteeing compliance with specification, good engineering praxis, applicable codes and legal requirements for the mechanical scope of works.
Preparing mechanical commissioning related documentation including red‑line documentation and hand‑over on time to commissioning management.
What you bring
successfully completed engineering degree in mechanical engineering, preferably with a focus on power or energy engineering (please provide details of study courses taken).
Professional and/or intercultural experience gained through years of work is beneficial, although not mandatory. Knowledge of practical work, some vocational training prior to the degree program is also beneficial.
Knowledge of ms office applications.
100 % travel availability.
Flexibility and willingness to participate in national/international assignments.
Able to work independently with a focus on attention to detail. Strong team orientation, excellent adaptability and ability to lead, leadership skills.
Decisiveness and willingness to engage with other cultures.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Bilingual in english and spanish is a must.
