Where You’ll Make a Difference- Draft, review, and revise supplier contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance.- Negotiate terms with vendors to secure favorable and risk-mitigated agreements.- Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams throughout the contract lifecycle.- Ensure alignment with internal policies, procedures, and strategic goals.- Identify and address contractual risks, proposing mitigation strategies.- Maintain consistency by leveraging company-approved templates.- Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders on supplier contract matters.- Monitor contract timelines, renewals, and terminations to ensure continuity.- Support compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate standards.
What Makes You the Right Fit- Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Studies, or a related field.- 2-3 years of experience in contract management, legal, or procurement roles.- Solid understanding of contract law and legal principles.- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.- High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.- Proficiency in contract management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
How Would You Stand Out?- Experience or knowledge in procurement processes, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate vendor relationships effectively.- Attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical abilities.- Previous experience working in a Shared Services environment, ideally supporting international stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
