Your role as a bdr, you will generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and initiate early‑stage sales. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and contribute to rapid growth. Responsibilities identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calling, list building, emailing, and social media outreach). Qualify outbound leads to determine fit and potential as sales opportunities. Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in the crm system. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities. Qualifications – must‑haves bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of bdr experience, preferably in software or financial services sales. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice‑to‑haves understanding of the brokerage and financial services industries. Finra series 7 certification. Benefits competitive salary and stock options. Health benefits.
