Requirements
- 3 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or related role.
- Experience leading products or projects with multiple modules, business areas, or interdependent workflows.
- Proven experience with products that include dashboards, analytics, and data science model components.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira.
- Familiarity with data platforms like Azure and Databricks, as well as API usage.
- Ability to understand programming logic and communicate effectively with technical profiles.
- Knowledge of automation processes, reporting, and structured data management.
- Advanced English (required), both spoken and written.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, prioritization, and evolution of the product backlog.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, analytics, and design teams to ensure deliverables.
- Gather, structure, and negotiate business requirements with stakeholders from different areas.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, refinements, demos, and planning sessions.
- Act as an effective bridge between the business’s strategic vision and technical execution.
