Job summary
the processor analyst works closely and proactively with the customer relations specialists, construction compliance, rams, and the funding team to process project files from approval to funding. In addition, the processor analyst reviews pre-funded improvement project details to ensure compliance and accuracy and conducts follow up on any escalated issues.
Key responsibilities
take ownership of all projects once notice to proceed (ntp) is issued to contractors and property owners. Ensure all documents are complete for the estimated closing date.
Review daily pipeline reports of active projects and collaborate with contractors and sales teams to provide real-time status updates.
Complete ntp checklist daily for assigned projects.
Verification & documentation
complete verification, second verification, change verification, and completion calls with property owners as required.
Review and manage project conditions, ntps, and funding requirements with urgency to meet funding deadlines.
Manage improvement project details, price validation, approvals, and escalated underwriting issues.
Confirm projects are complete with appropriate permits, inspections, and required documentation.
Issue payment requests, ess, and ensure all closing statements and signed contracts are accurate and properly executed.
Complete pre-funding checklists and coordinate finance agreements with relevant teams.
Contractor & compliance support
manage contractor improvement disputes, questions, and concerns.
Collaborate with underwriting, quality control, regional sales directors, compliance, and regional area managers to address repeat offenders and consequences.
Support contractors through training, mentoring, and relationship development.
Work with regional account managers to ensure services are delivered effectively and on time.
Utilize multiple communication channels simultaneously (phone, email, chat) to engage all necessary parties.
Coordinate with funding department to prepare files and transactions for orderly completion.
Perform special projects, research, and other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications
education & experience
bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience writing contracts, evaluating projects, creating bids, or developing scopes of work in the construction industry.
Technical skills
proficient in microsoft word, excel (intermediate to advanced), powerpoint, and pdf conversions.
Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to develop efficient workflows and processes.
Core competencies
bilingual english/spanish highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently or as part of a team.
Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
