- assist service provider manager ensuring service consistency and reliability to our internal customers product and service departments.
- assist service provider manager ensuring service consistency and reliability from our service providers to our internal customers product and service departments.
- ensure strong knowledge and proper use of all expeditor systems and tools, applicable for service providers management.
- assist and collaborate with service provider manager to map and understand department process flow, constantly drive service improvements to create efficiency of operations and competitive market cost.
- actively participate in the optimization of tools and continuously improve the efficiency and quality of the service.
- contribute to the district tactical spm plan.
- follow corporate approval process for fixed asset purchases (capex form) - assist service provider manager on priorities and projects as needed.

*operations* *qualify*: - collaborate with service provider manager, product & service managers to identify the need for a new service provider, outline service expectations and measurements for new and existing service providers.
- assist with service provider manager in executing rfi, rfq frp to select and maintain the most qualified provider in light of quality of service and cost.
- assist with rfq process effectively and in compliance with the established process, policies and procedures, ensuring transparency at all time, contributing to our target is to bid at least 20% of our services per year.
*engage*: - assist in the implementation of mandatory systems integration between the service provider and expeditors to further efficiencies, such as blume system.
- ensure service provider, meets our compliance and operational requirements.
- responsible for the follow up with service providers working through workflow monitor, ensuring 100% documentation in compliance at all time.
*relationship management*: - monitor performance standards for all activities as outlined by corporate and local kpi.
- contribute to maintaining daily/weekly oversight of set metrics with service provider, always looking for areas for improvement.
for core pu&d; providers, utilize and share the "service provider facing scorecard" or other reports to show their performance in key areas.
- assist service provider manager in updating scorecards reports, upload in sharepoint, communicating and follow up with product managers and service providers as needed.
- capture all relationship related information in crm under the service provide role.
log service provider complaints / compliments and calls in crm.
follow up on resolution actions items with both product and sp.
- collaborate with service provider manager on improving all areas of execution (i.e.: dlv to dlv create, dlv to pod).
- assist with information for business plan review meetings with product, collaborate closing improvement opportunities, support with resolution to service failures, and recording notes for continued follow up in crm.
- assist with service provider manager and product managers in conducting effective evaluations to our service providers.
