Your Impact & Responsibilities
From day one, you will:
Lead & Optimize: Guide multi-disciplinary teams to develop and execute optimization projects for our most critical business processes
Drive M&A;: Participate in all phases of M&A; projects, from target analysis and financial modeling to due diligence
Shape Strategy: Co-author the strategic plan and budget for a core business unit, working directly with senior leadership
Identify Opportunity: Analyze global business, industry, and market data to spot trends, risks, and new opportunities before our competitors do
Evaluate Investments: Review and assess major capital investments (capex) and conduct post-mortem analysis to sharpen our future decisions

What we’re looking for:
Experience: 1-2 years in a planning, finance, or data-driven analytical role
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field
Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of MS Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and PowerPoint (building compelling, executive-ready presentations)
Analytical Mindset: A proven ability to analyze complex databases, synthesize key ideas, and communicate them clearly
Collaboration: Experience working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and managing competing priorities
Language: Advanced or fluent English, with strong communication skills for a multicultural environment
Bonus Points (Preferred):
Previous experience in the automotive industry
Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
Familiarity with or strong interest in AI and large language models (LLMs)
