**Reason for the role**:

- A vital part of our customer life cycle, the Customer Launch Specialist is the direct point of contact for all new and existing customers looking to get onboarded with Deliverect.

The Launch Specialist is also responsible for the behind the scenes technical setup of the customer, and will have a high **technical aptitude** to ensure all relevant API partners (POS and delivery platforms) are successfully integrated with our product.

Customers will vary in size, and you will be tasked with owning the successful implementation of different kinds of size projects, ranging from SMB to Mid-Market.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:
Your priority is to get new and existing subscribed customers onboarded to our platform - which involves close communication with the customer, a detailed technical setup, tight coordination with API integration partners, and cross-team work.
-Understand how to implement and execute on the client life cycle post-sales.
-Provide product enablement sessions to our customers and answer their questions during the onboarding phase via multiple communication channels.
-You aim for high customer satisfaction; you have a deep curiosity to understand your customers, their motivations, and needs, and how to approach them ensuring their success.
-Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for our Product Team, report issues to our Support Team and Devs, and more!

**Job Requirements**:
You are an excellent communicator, proficient in both Spanish and English.
-You deal well under pressure and can prioritize high volumes of questions from customers and partners.
You are a resourceful problem solver and can be left to resolve complex issues involving multiple stakeholders.
-You are comfortable working cross-functionally in the organized chaos of a fast-paced scale-up.
-Flexible and know how to navigate a fast-changing environment.
-very organized, great follow-up on your to-do’s, and a specialist in managing your own agenda.
-Experience working in a SaaS company and knowledge or interest in the food tech/hospitality industry is a plus.
-Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Jira, Trello, HubSpot, is a plus.
