Job description
as a director of strategic partnerships, you will be responsible for the end-to-end partnership lifecycle. You'll support the development of a unified global partnership strategy that communicates a clear and compelling business case. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate high-impact partnerships that drive profitable growth and expand market reach.
work cross-functionally with product, distribution, sales, digital, legal, operations, and marketing teams to build scalable, mutually beneficial relationships with external insurance companies.
key responsibilities:
* develop a unified global partnership strategy that clearly communicates business value and a framework for partnerships
* evaluate opportunities aligned with business goals and collaborate with internal teams to co-develop innovative solutions and joint go-to-market strategies
* lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of new and existing partnerships, driving internal education and enablement around partnership strategy
* monitor partner performance, profitability, fit, cost efficiency, and contribution to client value
* ensure contracts are in place and comply with our third-party risk assessment process
requirements
university degree in business or marketing or relevant insurance industry designations
10+ years of experience in insurance
proven track record of building and scaling (global) partnerships
deep understanding of the insurance value chain and digital transformation trends
strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
experience working in a matrixed, global organization
spanish and english fluency required
