We’re looking for a Senior Representative at Frontier GDL to support agents on Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) or identified as bottom performers. This role focuses on improving KPIs, providing consistent coaching, and driving performance. Strong leadership and accountability are essential, as the Senior Rep will also serve as a bridge between agents and upper management, helping to build a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Applications due date: November28th by EOD.
- Process will be from 12/01- 12/05
- Start date: December 15th
Requirements:
- Must have KPIs on goal or above in the last 3 fiscal months.
- Must not have unjustified absences in the last 2 months.
- No active disciplinary actions.
- Attendance on target.
- Open to GDL agents.
