provide hands-on technical direction in architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
support product strategy, roadmap execution, and solution delivery for client-specific implementations.
drive adoption of ai-enabled engineering tools (azure ai foundry, ms copilot studio, github copilot).
define and track engineering kpis across delivery, quality, and productivity.
build and mentor high-performing engineering teams with a strong ownership culture.
partner with hr and l d to design training and leadership programs .
oversee operational excellence, office infrastructure, and team logistics in compliance with company policies .
