the risk operation center security supervisor (roc-s) supports the roc security coordinator to hire and build the roc team.
The roc-s manages standardization of capabilities across the system.

- support bridgestone in the overall delivery of the security strategy.
- support the day-to-day security risk operations center (roc) operations by providing expertise and focus on completion of requests, information requirements and business processes.
- oversee and coordinate the day-to-day roc operations, including
- monitor the access control, cctv, gps and all other technologies.
Monitor, prioritize and assess information and alerts from various sources, including internet, security and government organizations and professional contacts.
- mitigate emergencies, dispatch, and notify appropriate personnel.
- monitor travel risk alerts and note extreme/high risk alerts in locations of responsibility.
- guarantee the documentation of all incidents in written form.
- generate activity reports including roc metrics.
- under the direction of the roc security coordinator, support the training program to guarantee the performance of roc operators in key competencies. Document all training plans and results.
- ensure that all roc operators understand and are proficient using the roc technology.
- manage day-to-day staffing and scheduling processes.
- interface with bridgestone vendors to ensure day-to-day quality of service.
