The group sales coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the group sales department. This role ensures the efficient handling of group leads, proper management of client requests, and seamless coordination of the daily agenda of the director of group sales and group sales managers. Accurately input, track, and manage group leads in delphi (or similar crm system), ensuring all information is up to date.
· coordinate and maintain calendars, meetings, and agendas for the director of group sales and group sales managers.
· prepare presentations, reports, and proposals using microsoft office suite.
· maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information at all times.
fluent in english (oral and written); the candidate must have experience in a sales or administrative role within hospitality or tourism preferred.
· proficiency with delphi, c-vent, and microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook).
