* verifying accuracy of customer invoices and mailing them out.
* maintaining accurate and organized records of invoice registers, duties, taxes, airway bills, customer files, and other related paperwork.
* preparing cash receipts and bank deposits.
as a senior invoicing agent, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate billing for our customers.
you will be responsible for monitoring batches of airway bills, manifesting shipments, and submitting duty and tax paperwork in a timely manner.
additionally, you will be required to issue credits or debits to customer accounts as warranted, maintain management and related departments updated on new, crucial, and recurring problems, and generate reports for daily reimbursement to fedex internal aa.
