The ideal candidate will possess the ability to direct a diverse workforce of 4,000+ employees, oversee a business portfolio exceeding $400m usd, and drive strategic growth and business transformation across multiple markets. This role demands a global perspective, exceptional cross-cultural leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in highly competitive, multi-cultural environments.
key responsibilities:
• develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives to achieve revenue and market growth targets across latam.
• provide visionary leadership and oversight for a multi-cultural team of 4,000+ employees across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and operational excellence.
• lead business transformation initiatives, driving operational efficiency, process improvements, and innovative go-to-market strategies.
• establish and maintain high-impact relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to secure sustainable business growth.
• utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance, forecast trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• mentor, empower, and develop leaders within the region to build high-performing, collaborative teams.
• foster cross-cultural communication and negotiation, ensuring effective collaboration across diverse markets.

* 14+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in regional or global markets.
* demonstrated ability to manage/control a budget of $400m+ usd and lead large-scale teams.
* strong experience in multi-cultural team leadership, business transformation, and strategic planning.
* mba or equivalent advanced degree preferred; other related fields considered.
* exceptional cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* proficient in data analysis and strategic decision-making.
* languages: english and spanish preferred; additional languages are a plus.
