The team includes project managers, qa specialists, web developers, technical project managers, solutions architects, launch consultants, and client trainers who collaborate on projects ranging from a few hours to several months in duration. Location: latam time zone: team operates on u.s. East/west coast hours about the role reporting to the manager or senior manager of marketing implementation, the associate project manager plays a key role in the successful delivery of website and digital retailing solutions to the automotive marketplace. You will coordinate multiple internal and external resources, configure client accounts according to contractual requirements, and act as the primary client contact throughout the implementation process. This is a client‑facing role where you’ll combine technical knowledge, digital marketing expertise, and project management skills to ensure smooth, on‑time delivery and client satisfaction. You will manage multiple concurrent installations with varying scopes, identify risks or delays, and ensure accurate communication and handoff to the appropriate post‑launch teams. How you’ll make an impact gather and document project requirements from clients and internal stakeholders. Manage implementation and training timelines for websites and/or digital retailing. Partner across teams to align related workstreams and dependencies. Coordinate communication between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations, timelines, and responsibilities are clear. Prepare and deliver status reports to clients, leadership, and cross‑functional teams. Proactively manage risks, escalations, and issues related to project delivery. Ensure customer expectations are met throughout the implementation and training cycle. Act as a liaison between departments — e.g., collaborating with sales on “failure to launch” (ftl) risks or with performance management on client engagement and handoffs. Contribute to achieving monthly launch and budget targets. Perform additional duties as required to support overall delivery success. What we’re looking for bachelor’s degree (b.a.) or equivalent combination of education and experience (7 years) 3 years of experience in a client‑facing or digital marketing role. Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment. Proficiency in microsoft word, powerpoint, outlook, and teams, and ability to learn new role‑specific tools. Basic knowledge of web development technologies, including html and css understanding of project management methodologies and customer service best practices. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to lead through influence. Analytical mindset and ability to identify problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
