Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Oncologist for a full-time, on-site position at growing center in Cancún, ROO. The Medical Oncologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with various cancers using advanced therapeutic techniques. Daily responsibilities include reviewing cancer patient medical records to determine eligibility for treatment, developing individualized treatment plans, overseeing immunotherapy protocol and adjuvant treatments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to patient care. Additionally, the role involves staying informed about the latest research in oncology and contributing to innovative treatment approaches.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Medicine and Oncology with a deep understanding of cancer pathology and management.
* Proficiency in administering various Standard of Care treatments
* Experience with innovative or experimental cancer treatments is highly desirable.
* Experience with immunotherapy is highly desirable
* A commitment to patient-centered care, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Professional proficiency in English (C1) or better is important
* Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology, with a valid medical license to practice.
* Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying current with advancements in oncology.
* Willingness to look for ways to continuously implement and improve protocol and outcomes for patients
