We're looking for a marketing manager—but this role is especially suited for someone who excels in social media strategy, content creation, and paid digital advertising.

what you'll do (primary focus: social media + paid ads) social media strategy & content creation
* lead strategy and execution across instagram, facebook, and emerging platforms
* develop a content calendar aligned with exhibitions, classes, and events
* create engaging content: captions, stories, reels, short-form videos, graphic briefs
* build community by managing comments, dms, and audience engagement
* track platform analytics, identify trends, and optimize for growth
google ads + meta ads campaign management
* build and optimize google ads campaigns, including using a large google grant budget
* run meta ads to increase registrations, attendance, and visibility
* implement utm tracking and set up conversion goals
* report results clearly and recommend data-driven next steps
brand, creative, and digital support
* ensure content reflects our mission, tone, and visual identity
* collaborate with designers, photographers, and video contractors
* make light updates in wordpress and shopify (event pages, class listings)
* build mailchimp newsletters when needed
* keep digital calendars and listings current
team collaboration
* work closely with program, education, and leadership teams
* manage timelines and priorities in asana
* support pr outreach when needed
who we're looking formust-haves
* 3+ years in marketing with strong experience in social media + paid digital ads
* proficiency in google ads + meta business suite
* ability to create or coordinate compelling content
* experience with wordpress, mailchimp, shopify, and asana
* excellent written communication in english
* strong analytic and reporting skills
nice to have
* spanish/english bilingual
* salesforce or crm experience
* experience working with creative contractors
* passion for arts, culture, education, or community engagement
