Job opportunity:
as a human resources business partner, you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless hr operations, driving workforce management processes, supporting hr systems, and contributing to the implementation of people operations (p&o) initiatives across the organization.
key responsibilities:
* provide support for hr information systems (hris) and workforce administration processes.
* analyze, amend, and implement proactive procedures and plans related to workforce administration (wfa).
* communicate wfa practices and policies to internal stakeholders and management.
* create, maintain, and analyze hr reports and manual efforts.
* support troubleshooting and training related to hris systems.
* assist with the administration and support of p&o programs, projects, and initiatives.
* monitor documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in hr operations, hris, or workforce administration.
* strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* intermediate to advanced knowledge of microsoft office suite, particularly excel, powerpoint, and word.
* experience with hris systems.
* understanding of p&o (hr) policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
* strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* fluent english (written and spoken).
