the ideal candidate should have a strong background in contract law, with experience in analyzing contractual risks and ensuring compliance.
a successful legal counsel should possess:
* bachelor's degree in law or equivalent
* at least 5 years of professional experience in contract law
* advanced english skills
* proven experience in the fmcg industry or similar sectors working with manufacturing plants and marketing
* strong excel skills
* excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
* ability to provide clear and practical legal advice
* strong communication and collaboration abilities
