Qualifications
- AdvancedEnglishlevel(writtenandspoken).
- ExperienceinLeanManufacturing,includingtimestudies,processbalancing,Yamazumianalysis,standardwork,andValueStreamMapping(VSM).
- ExperienceusingAutoCADorsimilardesign/drawingtools.
Responsibilities
- Ensurethattheactualheadcountalignswiththebudgetedheadcount.
- ImplementprocessmodificationsincollaborationwithEHSandGLE.
- Haltanyactivityorprocessthatmayputworkers’safetyatrisk.
- ModifylayoutsinpartnershipwithEHS.
- Assessthefeasibilityandeffectivenessofimprovementprojects.
- Monitorandfollowuponthecompany’sContinuousImprovementPlan.
- Providesupportintheimplementationofprocesscontrolswithinmanufacturingareas.
- ActivelyparticipateintheQualityManagementSystem.
- Understandandcomplywiththequalityrequirementsapplicabletoassignedprocesses.
- Develop,implement,andmonitoractivitiesrelatedtotheContinuousImprovementSystem.
- Ensurecontinuousimprovementprogramsremaineeffectiveandsustainable.
- Lead,develop,andexecuteKaizenprojectsinthelaboratory.
- ComplywithandenforceQualityrequirements.
- Contributetoachievingthelaboratory’sservicelevelgoals.
- Promoteandfostercontinuousimprovementpractices.
- Performprocessandsystemaudits.
- Promotebestpracticesinsafety,health,andenvironmentalprotection.
- EnsurecompliancewithSupplyChainSecurity(SCS)requirements.
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
