First Brands Group is hiring for a Filters Sr. Engineer for our plant in Júarez, Chihuahua.
We are looking for a Senior Engineer with solid experience in injection molding processes and maintenance of injection equipment, focused on maintaining high equipment efficiency, meeting production goals, and leading the technical team in the area.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain equipment in optimal operating conditions and ensure demand fulfillment.
• Supervise 2 technicians per shift and ensure operational discipline.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines.
• Ensure proper functionality of the area and manage technical documentation.
• Responsible for molding processes and machine operation.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree completed: Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastic Injection Engineering, or related.
• Experience in maintenance of injection molding machines.
• 5+ years of experience in plastic injection molding.
• Knowledge of polypropylene, equipment repair, and manufacturing processes.
• Advanced English, capable of maintaining conversations.
