Expert workforce management professional
the role of an expert workforce management professional involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of workforce management systems to optimize employee scheduling, time tracking, and payroll processing.
responsibilities include participating in the full lifecycle of an operate project, including system enhancements, support, and maintenance, while adhering to service level agreements (slas). This may involve conducting production support, software upgrades, and regular audits to ensure compliance with ukg wfm application use.
additionally, you will collaborate with technical consultants and other project team members to ensure configuration of functional specifications have been met. As a subject matter expert, you will also act as a liaison between internal client organizations and peer technology partners on timekeeping and workforce management applications.
key responsibilities:
* full project lifecycle involvement, including system enhancements, support, and maintenance
* production support, software upgrades, and regular audits for ukg wfm application compliance
* technical liaison and subject matter expert on timekeeping and workforce management applications
required skills:
* 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
* advanced english level
* application support experience on ukg wfm workforce central, including corrective maintenance and bug fixing around timesheet data, pay calculations, person and functionality access, wage adjustments
* experience in using itsm tools like servicenow
preferred qualifications:
* coursework in information technology, computer science, engineering, business administration, human resources management, mis, data analytics, data science, mathematics, or statistics
* at least 1 year of experience in application support experience in technical aspects of ukg wfm
