seeking a highly skilled organizational development specialist to perform key tasks.
* monitor and analyze staffing requirements for optimal performance.
* implement quality controls in human resources, encompassing file management, regulations, and payments.
* negotiate with vendors providing services to human resources.
* regularly review payroll costs versus actual expenditure on a weekly and biweekly basis.
* evaluate and recommend improvements to human resources policies and plans.
* develop talent within the organization by identifying high-potential profiles and promoting internal training and career advancement opportunities.
* establish a framework of sanctions and/or consequences for non-compliance.
requirements:
* completed bachelor's degree in psychology, pedagogy, or related field.
* familiarity with federal labor law, office suite, and mexican social security institute (imss).
