Job title ehw doctor (3er turno) - planta horizontes company johnson & johnson medtech location ciudad juárez, chihuahua, méxico overview johnson & johnson invites a licensed medical doctor with at least a bachelor’s degree to serve as an employee health & well-being shift doctor supporting the horizontes, independencia, and salvarcar manufacturing sites. The role is fully onsite for the 3rd shift: tuesday‑friday 12:00 am – 6:00 am and saturday 12:00 am – 12:00 pm. Key responsibilities work with the shift nurse to provide all facets of patient care, including medical surveillance, new‑hire exams, and general patient care; report directly to the shift lead. Monitor distribution and inventory of medications, medical supplies, and other equipment; report discrepancies to the shift lead. Maintain medical records and ensure timely documentation in emr. Provide patient care for all associates involved in occupational injury/illness incidents. Collaborate with ehs and external agencies such as imss to verify accuracy in reporting injuries/illness cases. Report any issues during shift, including emergency situations and employee incidents, to the shift lead. Implement occupational health programs and patient care services in compliance with j&j and local regulations in partnership with ehs, hr, facilities, and leadership. Act as an employee health & well‑being advocate and ambassador. Participate in health and well‑being campaigns. Support development and implementation of strategies to elevate patient experience. Enable data‑driven decision‑making through emr and innovative health technologies; develop digital skills across the team. Know and comply with emergency response procedures during the shift. Perform duties assigned by the shift lead, including preparation for audits. Comply with ehw medical training and other local and regulatory j&j policies. Qualifications education licensed doctor (non‑restricted license) with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Required experience and skills at least 2 years of work experience. Fluency in spanish; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic english proficiency. Valid medical license according to local regulation. Knowledge of applicable regulations and ability to manage occupational health cases (case management, disability management, return to work, etc.). Experience in emergency medical response and medical crisis management. Experience working with electronic medical records. Preferred preferred aed and cpr certification.
