* coordinate the interactions and performance of quality & improvement engineers in the various processes to ensure the best results in terms of safety, quality, people, costs, and production.
* identify opportunities for improvement in processes in order to create interrelationships, prioritizing their alignment with business needs.
* identify, request, monitor, and approve investment and/or improvement projects.
* monitor the training plan for quality engineers.
