Timecard Entry
Clear Toluca View in Timesheet App of entries by AM each day
Use app to notify users of entry errors so they can be corrected
AXIOM Order Opening
Monitor Incoming Queue for new orders
If order contains no errors create RO and CSD
If order contains errors either it corrected or manually open the SR, RO and CSD
Quickly resolve open questions to get orders entered
Respond to emergency requests to get orders opened faster than normal processing times
Oracle Sales Order
Open and book Oracle sales order for unorderable parts orders submitted to AXIOM
When order complete, hand off to RRC CSA for sourcing and completion of order
Expedite Suppliers
Expedite all suppliers with any orders that are past due or are due that week
Tracking Missing Invoices
Gather missing invoices from vendors for received purchase orders
Serial card creation
Upload order information into Flex application through Manual Serialization for multiple sites
Training Sales Order Entry
Open Oracle sales orders for training class purchase orders submitted to AXIOM
When order complete, hand off to NA’s Training Team
Professional Degree Requirements:
Professional Degree preferred

Good English verbal and written communication skills (TOEIC +)

Technical Knowledge Requirements:
Strong personal computing skills with basic Microsoft Windows application knowledge
Previous Knowledge or ability to learn and apply Fisher tools such as Oracle, FF, AXIOM, FLEx for serial card retrieval, Noetix for timecard entry reporting, & Serial Card Creation application
