monitoring and reporting: build requested monitoring tools for journey and audience delivery, validate segment counts, and create qc operational reports to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.campaign support: track daily batch evaluation execution times and support the continued optimization of email and multi-channel campaigns.technical assistance: aid in the transition to an upgraded aep environment and assist with platform technical issues, including data ingestion, journey builds, and segment builds.data quality control: ensure the quality and accuracy of data ingestion processes and maintain data integrity across marketing operations.collaboration: work closely with the team member from india and other customers to ensure alignment and effective task completion.qualifications:proven experience with adobe experience platform (aep) and related marketing technologies.strong technical skills in data ingestion, journey builds, and segment builds.excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with team members and collaborators.10 years of experience with marketing technologies
