job summary
assure category development /growth with excellence across the 5p ´s, and regular business updates to the group brand manager.
responsible for building strategic brand growth plans for 1-2 years by identifying the biggest opportunities, and developing a plan to achieve/surpass short & mid-term objectives
principal duties and responsibilities
fully execute brand growth plans
p&l management and budget planning & control
support commercial planning
full up / execute promotions, new products launch grid, shopper events & equity campaigns
develop talent
education, experience, & skill requirements
bachelor degree business administration, industrial engineers, marketing
experience as brand manager or similar positions 2 years
7-8 years of experience in marketing or similar experience in a commercial area.
