we're seeking a demand generation manager to lead and execute high-impact campaigns that generate new employer leads and drive pipeline growth. You'll lead multi-channel initiatives — from paid campaigns to webinars and events — using hubspot as your core engine for automation, tracking, and reporting.

what you'll do
* design, execute, and optimize data-driven demand generation campaigns for specific geographic or industry segments.
* identify lead generation opportunities through paid sponsorships, email campaigns, direct mail, webinars, and conferences.
* build and manage integrated campaigns in hubspot — from segmentation and nurture flows to reporting and optimization.
* collaborate with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to align top-funnel efforts and ensure consistent messaging.
* partner with the partnership marketing team to create campaigns that partners can leverage for their client lists.
* monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* document and refine marketing processes to ensure transparency, scalability, and efficiency.
what you'll bring
* bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably using hubspot crm.
* proven track record of executing demand generation campaigns that deliver measurable results.
* strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance.
* excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* advanced english proficiency (verbal and written).
nice to have
* experience with seo, sem, and b2b marketing.
* hubspot certifications (inbound marketing, email marketing, etc.).
* familiarity with other marketing automation platforms.
