key responsibilities:
* design and execute demand generation campaigns in hubspot, integrating and automating efforts between hubspot and salesforce.
* optimize the marketing and sales funnel to improve mql flow and conversion rates.
* manage web platforms for reliability, uptime, and lead performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
* launch and a/b test landing pages to drive conversions, ensuring that marketing web updates meet brand standards.
* monitor and improve key funnel and site metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
strong experience with hubspot and salesforce, as well as a solid understanding of html/css/javascript, are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will also possess 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing operations.
