About the role
as an account manager, you will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our ecommerce clients.
This is not a coordination role - you'll own the client relationship end to end, supported by world-class copywriters, designers, and tech specialists.
Your mission:
drive retention, growth, and email marketing revenue for our clients
proactively identify gaps and opportunities in client accounts
communicate clearly, directly, and fast with clients and internal teams
build trusted relationships that keep clients retained long term
you will have:
direct access to brand owners and decision-makers
autonomy to make smart decisions fast
an opportunity to grow into leadership as we scale
responsibilities
own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of ecommerce clients
review account performance, report insights, and recommend strategy pivots
coordinate with internal copywriters, designers, and technical specialists to deliver best-in-class campaigns and flows
proactively manage deadlines and deliverables
lead monthly strategy calls and present reports
identify upsell opportunities and help clients expand their scope
maintain high client retention and satisfaction scores
continuously improve internal processes and playbooks
what we're looking for

️ Klaviyo experience: 2yrs+ years with klaviyo is very highly regarded
team player: you work well with creatives and technical teams to deliver outcomes.
Requirements
2+ years in an account manager, customer success, or project manager role
2+ years of klaviyo experience
ideally agency or high client-volume experience
fluent written and spoken english
comfortable working across multiple time zones
obsessed with client success and personal growth
