Mission:
Support plant operations by performing assigned production tasks while ensuring full compliance with standards for quality, safety, efficiency, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Main Responsibilities:
Product Quality & Packaging
- Ensure that products meet all packaging and quality specifications, including weight, expiration date, sealing integrity, air cushioning, and pallet arrangement.
- Meet established targets for efficiency, quality, and food safety to achieve production program goals.
Line Operation & Cleaning
- Assist line operators, especially during product changes.
- Perform cleaning tasks twice per shift—or more frequently if required—including trays, processes, equipment, and floors.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace at all times.
Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to food safety policies and GMP standards.
- Immediately report any deviation impacting food safety to a direct manager or appropriate authority.
Production Tasks & Controls
- Pack bags from the packaging machine and verify compliance with specifications.
- Apply procedures learned during training across all departmental activities.
- Report equipment failures promptly.
Continuous Improvement & Training
- Participate in required trainings.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, improvement teams, and departmental meetings.
- Share and review department indicators and results.
Line Operation
- Operate production lines at optimal speeds to meet output and quality standards.
Other Responsibilities
- Be available for additional shifts when required.
- Use materials and cleaning supplies appropriately and efficiently.
