we are seeking a highly skilled logistics operations planner to join our team in guadalajara. In this role, you will be responsible for daily support of contracted clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention through freight operations support.

the primary goal is to deliver high-quality visibility through timely customer reports, provide prompt responses and resolution to customers, and offer exceptional freight operations support. The key services include shipment creation, editing, tracking, document delivery, daily reporting, and professional communication with both customers and carriers.

* track shipments proactively and recommend solutions for delayed shipments
* complete daily tracking reports for assigned customers
* serve inbound customer requests from designated high freight spend accounts
* communicate with carriers on behalf of the customers
* answer phones and respond to emails
