OSS - IT Support Specialist
Location: Reynosa, Mexico
Shift: Day shift (Monday–Friday, 7:20 AM–4:56 PM)
Responsibilities
- Deliver ready‑to‑use computers and provide desk‑side support to users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues requiring physical intervention.
- Guide users through self‑service tools and provide ad‑hoc training.
- Manage inventory and update asset records in CMDB.
- Coordinate logistics for device shipments and warranty cases.
- Support IT equipment in meeting rooms and collaboration areas.
- Host and assist third‑party technicians on‑site.
- Monitor computer rooms for optimal functionality and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Formal education or apprenticeship in IT from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT support.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS.
- Legal authorization to work in Mexico (no visa sponsorship available).
