responsibilities
* business opportunity generation: identify and prospect potential clients, building strategic relationships in the region.
* event participation: represent lazo at key events, meetups, conferences, and startup ecosystem gatherings across latin america.
* sales pipeline management: track and nurture business opportunities from prospecting to closing.
* collaboration with internal teams: work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to optimize commercial strategies.
* market analysis: identify industry trends, opportunities, and needs to enhance service offerings.
requirements
* 3+ years of experience in b2b sales, business development, or similar roles.
* strong knowledge of the startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem in latin america.
* excellent networking skills and the ability to build high-value relationships.
* experience participating in events and trade fairs.
* strong communication and negotiation skills.
* intermediate/advanced english proficiency.
* ai first mindset.
