We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven regional sales manager to build and lead our operations from the ground up in either the european or south american region. This is a unique, high-impact role for a sales leader who thrives on challenge and autonomy. You will be responsible for developing the market entry strategy, establishing key partnerships, building a high-performance sales team, and driving significant revenue growth. Your success will be directly rewarded through an uncapped commission structure. Key responsibilities market strategy & leadership : develop and execute a comprehensive country-specific business plan to achieve aggressive growth targets and establish a dominant market presence business development & partnerships : proactively identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with affiliates and introducing brokers (ibs). Leverage your existing network to bring immediate resources and channels to the company team building & management : build, mentor, and lead a local sales team from scratch. Foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture through effective training, coaching, and motivation revenue generation : drive all sales activities to acquire new clients and maximize deposit volumes. Personally manage key accounts and high-value partners market intelligence : maintain a deep understanding of the local competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and customer needs within the cfd/crypto/fintech industry compliance : ensure all sales and partnership activities adhere to local regulations and company policies qualifications & experience (must-have) 5 years of experience in a senior sales or leadership role within the cfd, cryptocurrency, or online trading/internet finance industry proven track record of building a sales team from scratch and managing it to exceed targets demonstrable experience in forging partnerships with affiliates and introducing brokers (ibs). An existing network of relevant contacts is a significant advantage complete fluency in english and mandarin chinese (both verbal and written) is essential global mindset with the ability to work independently from any location and a willingness to undertake significant business travel as required preferred skills (advantageous) proficiency in an additional foreign language (e.g., spanish, portuguese, german, french) is a major plus strong existing network of potential clients or partners in either europe or south america experience with market entry strategies in the specified regions deep understanding of the sales funnel and crm tools personal attributes entrepreneurial spirit : you are a self-starter who sees this as an opportunity to run your own business within a larger framework exceptional leader : you inspire others, build loyalty, and can attract top talent strategic thinker : you can develop a plan and execute it with precision resilient & adaptable : you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are not deterred by challenges superb communicator & negotiator : you can build rapport and close deals with partners and clients of all backgrounds what we offer uncapped earning potential : a highly attractive compensation package with a strong base salary and an uncapped commission structure that directly rewards your performance autonomy & impact : the freedom to build your own team and shape the strategy for an entire region.
