referment is working with a rapidly growing saas company in the web3 security space that is looking to hire a customer success manager.
this is a fully remote position (americas time zone) where you'll own strategic client relationships, drive adoption, and deliver measurable value across a portfolio of enterprise customers.
this is a unique opportunity for a proven customer success professional who is passionate about technology and eager to break into the web3/blockchain space.
prior web3 experience isn't essential, but you'll need to bring clear motivation for joining the space, strong saas/csm expertise, and a track record of delivering impact against key metrics such as retention, renewals, and net revenue retention (nrr).
what you'll be doing
leading the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, retention, renewals, and expansion
running strategic discovery sessions and business reviews with vip clients
partnering with product and engineering to champion client needs
driving measurable improvements in nrr, churn reduction, upsells, and client engagement
delivering consultative value through insights, process improvements, and best practices
what we're looking for
3–5 years' experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
background in saas/software platforms (csm experience with technical products is essential)
strong track record of delivering outcomes against metrics like retention, renewals, churn, and expansion
excellent relationship-building and communication skills (fluent english required)
genuine passion for web3, with clear motivation for working in this space
