Role summary
sr. Manager/associate director, market access marketing (encaleret) role at bridgebio. Lead the tactical execution of market access strategies across payer accounts, trade and distribution, pricing and contracting, patient support, and field reimbursement. Manage end-to-end market access marketing materials, oversee agency vendors, and execute on all new product launch activities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This onsite role requires collaboration with stakeholders across market access, marketing, medical, analytics, legal, regulatory, compliance, sales, and training, with in-office collaboration 2-3 days per week in san francisco.
Responsibilities
serve as the market access marketing lead responsible for all market access marketing tactics, including but not limited to: payer value proposition, payer communications, patient services, field reimbursement support, trade and distribution, and pricing and reimbursement support
oversee and manage day-to-day activities with market access marketing agencies; manage and monitor market access marketing materials budget and vendor contracts
develop and review key market access marketing materials and lead projects through the medical, legal, and regulatory (mlr) or promotional review committee (prc) review and approval process
support launch readiness through leading market access planning meetings and participating in brand planning and other internal meetings
collaborate with training to ensure effective, impactful, best in class training for market access field teams
act as a subject matter expert on market access trends and implications for strategic planning; research competitive market access pieces and payer initiatives and keep the organization well informed of external initiatives and impact
qualifications
required: ba/bs degree
preferred: mba
required: minimum of 8+ years of biotech/pharma experience
required: track record of successful launch execution in market access, preferably in rare diseases or specialty therapeutics
required: excellent communication, leadership, analytical and strategic-thinking skills
required: ability to work under pressure and to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
required: strong project management skills and attention to detail
required: travel 15-25%
