Human Resources Coordinator ChihuahuaThe HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring HR processes run smoothly across retail stores and corporate operations.Key Responsibilities:• Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.• Assist in the preparation of HR reports, attendance records, and payroll inputs.• Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations, and development programs.• Support store managers in HR-related matters such as employee relations, disciplinary processes, and compliance with labor laws.• Handle employee requests regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.• Ensure consistent communication and implementation of HR policies across all retail locations.• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.• Maintain compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• 1–3 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in the retail industry.• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).• Intermediate English level (spoken and written).Preferred Qualifications:• Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.• Strong problem-solving and confidentiality skills.
