This role ensures the platform operates efficiently, aligns with itil best practices, and meets business needs through effective process automation, data integrity, and system reliability. Strong understanding of itil processes and best practices. 2 - 4 years of experience administering and supporting the servicenow platform. Familiarity with javascript, html, and css for ui customization. Administer, configure, and maintain the servicenow platform, including modules such as incident, problem, change, request, cmdb, and knowledge management. Support integrations between servicenow and other enterprise systems. Troubleshoot and resolve servicenow-related technical issues. Ensure data quality and compliance with governance standards for the cmdb. Assist with reporting and dashboard creation for it and business users.
