Call setter/intake specialist - remote idaho divorce law firm
position overview: we are a growing divorce law firm based in idaho, usa, seeking a dedicated call setter/intake specialist to join our team remotely. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional in mexico to work with a us law firm, helping clients during critical moments in their lives.
key responsibilities:
* handle inbound calls from potential clients seeking divorce and family law services
* conduct empathetic initial consultations to gather case information
* screen and qualify leads based on established criteria
* schedule consultations between qualified prospects and attorneys
* enter detailed client information into our case management system
* follow up with warm leads via phone, email, and text
* meet daily/weekly call and appointment setting targets
* maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client information
* convert inquiries into booked appointments with attorneys
* provide basic information about firm services and processes
required qualifications:
* fluent english proficiency (written and spoken) - must be able to communicate clearly with us clients
* previous experience in call center, sales, or customer service (legal experience preferred but not required)
* excellent phone presence with a warm, professional demeanor
* strong listening skills and ability to show empathy for clients in difficult situations
* reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 mbps)
* quiet, professional home office environment
* available to work during mountain time zone hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm mst/mdt)
* proficient in google workspace, crm systems, and basic computer applications
* strong organizational skills and attention to detail
preferred qualifications:
* spanish fluency (to assist spanish-speaking clients in idaho)
* experience in legal intake or law firm environment
* experience with legal case management software
* sales or appointment setting experience
* bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
