As our Digital Marketing Generalist, you'll execute end-to-end marketing initiatives across email, social media, website, and SEO-driven channels. You'll play a key role in driving brand consistency, optimizing campaigns, and creating content that resonates with our audience
Digital Campaign Execution
- Plan and implement digital campaigns across social media, email, website, and emerging platforms
- Content Creation & Management
- Manage content calendars and publish on multiple platforms
- Write copy, create digital assets, and produce content aligned with brand voice
SEO & Analytics
- Implement SEO strategies and support keyword optimization
- Track performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on KPIs and ROI
Collaboration & Brand Support
- Work closely with creative, IT/web, admissions, and leadership teams
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of marketing experience, or equivalent
- Email marketing (segmentation, automation, A/B testing, CRM/ESP)
Social media community management (3+ platforms)
Content creation (copywriting, graphics, storytelling)
SEO strategy & performance tracking
Analytics/reporting dashboards (Google Analytics or similar)
Comfortable testing new strategies and iterating based on results
• Able to turn performance metrics into actionable insights
