We are currently hiring a Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Advantagy. Our design team works closely with marketing strategists and clients across various industries, delivering visually compelling materials that elevate brands and drive engagement. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in creating impactful designs—from flyers and social media posts to website visuals—that help our clients stand out. Design engaging flyers, posters, social media graphics, and other digital materials.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a marketing agency or similar environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing flyers, posters, and social media design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
Openness to feedback and collaboration across remote teams.
Experience with web design tools such as Figma or Webflow.
Knowledge of basic branding and visual identity creation.
Understanding of digital marketing and content-driven design.
